This Taxi service has the worst customer service i have ever seen in Manchester. I don't know who employed those customer service advisors at the other end of the phone who takes your taxi hire order. Most of them are guaranteed to be rude!. On the other hand the Drivers are really nice... they are like a different breed. I would say call Cresta if you need a bit of insult for the day. But don't call them if your wife is in Labour because she would have given birth by the time they get to you.
Cresta was one of my back experiences when i first moved to Manchester.
This does not mean you should not use them... after all, it’s your choice.
I really hope they change.
