Bad Points: The room that was booked over the internet was not the room that was provided. My wife her friend and two children were visiting the Burghley Horse trials and booked a family room to accomodate them. Only a double room was provided and the staff at reception said that the internet booking system was rubbish and not reliable ?? Their stay was therefore not enjoyable and the room inadequate.
General review: The associated restaurant suffered a number of problems during the night including a huge staff shortage, till going down and delays.
