What a wonderful place this is. Well hidden yet within walking distance of the city centre. The house was very interesting - its history and architecture are well displayed and the tea rooms within are recommended. The gardens provided an enjoyable hour of inspection, despite a heavy shower or two. We will undoubtedly return soon and watch the seasonal changes there. Thank you.
