i visited the ferryboat Inn recently as heard that it had been taken over by the people that run the Duchy of Cornwall oysterage around the corner and given a refurbishment. the menu boasted the freshest seafood straight from the water and oysters from the oysterage - what could be more temptingly delicious. this pub is the most spectacularly located spot - its sits on the water at helford passage - its so picturesque, surrounded by crystal clear water and green trees. its just wonderful to sit outside gazing out to sea and eating the freshest oysters straight from their oysterage around the corner.
