Bad Points: Some of the staff could have been a little more friendly, especially the restaurant staff.
General review: For the time I was in the hotel I found the whole experience satisfying. I would stay again at this hotel.

Good Points: Shower worked!
Bad Points: Room needed a lick of paint and a fresh carpet.
General Review: Staff were polite and helpful, convenient for the M5, good value for money.
