The Perche and Pike at Southstoke is a picturesque, friendly pub, set in this beautiful Oxforshire village on the edge of the Thamres. The pub takes prominence in the High Street of Southstoke and there is usually a welcoming smile and for all passers by, whether on foot, bike or horseback. Inside the pub radiates warmth and character, with cheery bar staff, warm fires and home cooked food. . Village clientelle are always full of stories and chatter, and this helps to give the inn such a homely feel, along with the tasteful, old world decor and roaring fires. The pub is spotless, the service is excellent and the setting is spectacular, close to the river and set alongside the ancient ridgeway path. This pub is a must, so get down there!!
