Good Points: Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
General Review: A very pleasant, quiet country hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer!

excellent breakfast nice homely choice all food was delightful the personal service very good the staff all aimed to please parking excellent.,Nobad points at all check in excellent,We returned back to The Golden Pheasant after spending our honeymoon there 30 years ago the surroundings are extremely pleasant and tranquil a different world can't wait to go back. Own car a must tho the bedroom was fitted with on siute b/room /Shower Television ?radio Alarm smoking allowed except in the two Restaraunts Dogs also can Stay I would recomend all aspects of the hotel. A welcoming friendly atmosphere all round.
