My company have used this hotel a few times now, but never again after the billing fiascos we have experienced. Last time it took 1/2 an hour to check out using 3 terminals (they openly stated that 2 'were dodgy'), but worst of all thay have insisted on charging for things that we didn't recieve (extra breakfasts etc), and were so inflexible that they charged for a non-arrival, although we had an extra arrival that paid full rate (they wouldn't swap the names over). Fine - I have paid but will not use the place again!

Good Points: Pleasant situation .Helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast .Clean and tidy
Bad Points: Online booking error.
General review: The hotel is situated in pleasant grounds by the River Avon .It is conveniently located within a short distance of the NEC where we were going for an evenings entertainment. The rooms were of a good size , clean and well equipped with all mod cons . The breakfast choice was overwealming . The online booking had not been received but fortunately there were spare rooms .The receptionist was very helpful in sorting this and in the end it turned out slightly cheaper .Suggest ring hotel direct . Overall Excellent hotel.
