The market is very busy spread over Bargate car park and in to the town centre. There is a vast choice of stalls from second hand jewelery, numerous fruit and vegetable stands selling plants too. Eggs, fish, cakes and pastries meat and food to eat as you go around. Earlier edition of magazines a great saving on the cover cost, nets, blinds, carpets. pet supplier, telephone bits and bobs and clothing etc. There is a wide choice everything you would expect from a large popular market. The open air auction on a wednesday of secong hand goods, plants, vegetables, wood and bikes also trays of bedding plants makes great bargains. Plenty of coffe shops in the surround shops to take a break too. Well worth a visit.
