I stayed here for two weeks with my children and my boyfriend from march 9th - 23rd from Colorado while i was visiting my mum and dad who live just over the road. Tony and Carol Jones, the managers have turned this place around. We had a fantastic time. The management and staff were so kind and helpful, always eager to help and make sure we had everything we needed. We could not have asked for any more. The rooms were very clean and fresh, lots of tea and coffee in the rooms and fresh towels. Very clean everywhere. The bar was great too, we were welcomed even by all the locals. You all made our stay a very comfortable one. We would recommend The Harewood Arms to everyone. Thankyou all and i will definately be back. Top class stay thanks again.

What a pleasant surprise I got when I visited this Hotel. It is under new management and it so desperately needed it.The Irish guy that now runs it is a pleasure to speak to, well mannered and professional.I have been here before and the attitudes were all wrong, however that all seems to have changed for the better,The food was great the staff nice and friendly, and the whole place had a lovely feel to it.It was lovely to see the place stuffed to the rafters with everyone enjoying their time there. well done to the staff at the Harewood Charlotte
