I visited Norwich market today for the first time. I thought I would get some breakfast. I bought a bacon roll & a cup of coffee off Debs stall. As I was eating my breakfast I looked up at the filthy tarpaulin covering the gap between the stalls. I was shocked. When I mentioned it to the stall holder who's stall was nice & clean they were embarrassed by what I was saying. I ate my breakfast then headed to the market toilet. I was discusted at the state of the facilities. I could not use the toilets. They were to dirty. I left the market & I do not think I will be a returning customer. The market needs a good clean & the toilets need to be refurbished. It's a shame as I have been told it's the oldest market in Britain. I think who ever owns the market probably the council are letting down the traders & the people of Norwich.
