Very poor, the rooms were very basic for four stars. We found out the next day by another hotel that the Ballachulish has in fact been downgraded to three stars but had still been charged four star prices. The restaurant service was poor with staffhaving english speaking difficulties, the beer was flat, the table settings incorrect, the absence of a tablecloth etc It was reminiscent of a pub lunch! The room was very cold, the walls thin and frankly not what we were expecting for the price which was steep. The hotel have not as yet responded to our concerns, very unproffessional and a lack of customer care.

I stayed at your hotel 18 years ago (!) and the stay was great due to your warm hospitality and small but confortable facilities. I hope to stay at your hotel again in the near future.
