I visited with my two children (12 & 13) We had the ribeye steak and gammon. All three of us thought the food was excellent. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. It was so good we went back the next day for lunch! My goats cheese, mushroom and onion flan was fantastic!

First time at the plough only 1 bar staff member on duty and a trainee young man taking the food out, thats of course once you had waited to order! and then the long wait for the food. Staff very unhelpful tried to add a meal to the order and was told you can order but not sure how long you'll have to wait could be 30mins could be 1 hr (for a med rare rump) after other meals ,not a pleasant experience. No manager to speak to until 30 mins later as none on duty? What a shame looked nice! food wasn't bad! service rubish x
