Good Points: Stayed with my 12yr old daughter and my golden retreiver. We were made very welcome and everything was perfect. Reception staff and room maids were lovely and really friendly especially Muriel.
Bad Points: We booked here because the advert stated there was 'Freeview' tv. Told this was a 'misprint' but still advertising that this hotel has 'Freeview' in all rooms. Dismayed to find only 4 tv channels with no channel 5!!!!!!!
General review: A mix-up with internet charges. The rates were very high but would still stay here again

Good Points: Warm and comfortable with adequate facilities for a one night stopover.
Bad Points: Nothing
General review: Having arrived at 8.30pm it would have been very useful if the receptionist would have informed us that we had to pre book a breakfast before 9.30pm.I know there were details of the breakfast on display but there was no mention of times by which it must be ordered.
