I feel compelled to write as I have never has such an apalling journey and it totally ruined my holiday feeling arriving back at Heathrow the other day. A surly woman picked me up, immediately asked me to close my window, turned her radio station (crackly) up high, then when I asked her to go via a cash point- she complained it was out of her way (!) and then argued with me about where the nearest one was and accused me of 'starting an argument' with her- I reminded her I was the client, politely but firmly. I was afraid she'd do a runner with my suitcase when I was getting money, so I took her reg number. Then she tried to charge me extra for stopping, and I pointed out she would have actually got a tip if she hadn't been so outrageously rude. ....
