I went to visit huddersfield and really wanted a hotel that was close to the train station so i could go house hunting.On arrival the staff were very helpful nothing was any trouble, i upgraded from a single room to a double, i was very disappointed with my room it was very dated and the carpets stained, the cups that were there for tea making were dirty and quite off putting. The bed was comfy but it was 2 days before room service changed my towels or emptied my bin.The location of the hotel is great but i felt it needed a whole makeover, value for money? id have to say a resounding NO...many thanks...

Good Points: Breakfast
Bad Points: Mouldy, peeling wallpaper. Shrunk, ill fitting curtains. Dusty. Cracked & mouldy bathroom tiles. No double glazing. No extra pillows or blankets. Bedside light not working. No bedside cupboard.
