REALLY REALLY BAD Service. I have used Heidi's a number of time before and regularly have a sausage roll with coleslaw and tomato, Today a waitress gave me the roll without coleslaw. I told her I asked for Coleslaw. She then only gave me the smallest amount of coleslaw and added 60p to my bill. No concept what so ever of customer service

Absolutely fantastic!! gorgeous site, gorgeous views and great club. Surrounding village is good as is the beach. Best thing about the site though is the staff. They are friendly and helpful ata all times. Especially Colin who is a new lad but seems to connect with everyone he made the holiday for us entertainment wise!! we'll definitely go back
