Hallowe'en weekend fun. I took my 8 uear old son Andrew dressed up in fancy dress to the Aquarium for some much promised fun. I had to leave my 12 year old with friends as the advert on Dee 106.3 and in the Chester Chronicle stated that childen in fancy dress under 12 years were free. Your website states 15 years and under. Andrew and I arrived at 12 noon on Saturday 28th October. None of the staff eemed to be aware of any competions, fun and games etc. I had to ask for a competition form for the ghost hunt, even then on looking twice for the ghost numbers we could not find some. We were informed that some had fallen down. Andrew handed his competion sheet in never the less. We have been here many times as a family and have enjoyed doing so, but on this occassion my son Andrew and I felt a bit disappointed that no one seemed to know what was going on. There were no promised games. I know that it was only 2 hours into day 1, but you should have been prepared. The aquarium itself was fantastic as usual. Very interesting. Yours Shirley and Andrew Irvine. P.s tried to phone about this but phone numbers are incorrect on web page.
