The Lock Keeper is a wonderful place next to the lock by the old paper mills. It has recently been improved with some outside board decking raised up and still retains its large beer garden. In summertime it is perfect by the weir and has some traditional beers and on occasions some real ale! There is also a team of people who serve food at lunch time. There is a nautical feel to the building and is linked to the marina where sailors can hire boats. Also, it is a good base for local nature walks alongside the river avon.
