Iwas just leaving M&s Bromley when I noticed on the ordering desk by th exit and wine/cards hand gel 3for 2. I asked an assistant 1 of 2 if I could pay there for it .She said she was serving at that time but yes when she finished the other assistant did not move!An M&S associate came up calling the assistant by name ad saying to open up and serve her (which she did) meanwhile I and other customers were waiting. thought how rude is that. A manager came by and asked me if I wanted help and I told her what had happened she said I will talk to her.. This is not the first time I have had occaion to complain about this desk but this time I feel it was very out of order and not at all what you would expect of M&S service I am frankly appalled The time was about 2.30.I spend alt of money in this store nd do not expect to be treated like this
