i have been going to the Firecrest with my family for a few years now,(WITH ELLA ) however two weeks ago the gaming machine has disapeared, I have spoken to the manager and no serious answer was recieved, I decided to contact the district manager, but no contact yet,still hoping, so a little disapointed that good bread and butter revenue earners are ignored...
I must add the sunday evening staff are just so nice and friendly......
