Good Points: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was centrally located.
Bad Points: Room in much need of refurbishment but okay for an overnight stay and purpose of visit. Carpet and bathroom not very clean.

We cancelled our reservation with this establishment more than one month before visiting Edinburgh. We received confirmation of this thru e-mail from Parkview Hotel.
We never set foot on their premises but they charged us for 3 nights stay. Buyer beware.
