On the night of the reopening the place was packed with well wishers and old friends of The Prince of Wales, Newtown St. Martin. Completely refreshed, attractively decorated with loads of space inside and out, the much loved pub/restaurant looks set to again be a great place to visit. Flowers galore outside, all the waitresses and bar staff smartly dressed in POW shirts, smiles all round and a warm welcome extended to everyone who came. Good Luck to the new owners who have given their all to get the place open and ready for the summer season. Clean, smart and easy on the eye the new set up really is attractive, with some of the old touches still around to blend with the new white bright paintwork, gorgeous soft furnishings, comfortable window seats, tables, chairs and stools. The menu looks exciting, local and seasonal; The Prince of Wales, 'The Feathers' was relaunched with a flourish, how lovely to see it all so carefully restored.
