We had our wedding reception here 30 years ago. Several of our guests stayed the night. We all had a wonderful time and regret we have never returned. We are so pleased the hotel is still running. Before I was married I went to a lot of dances at the Haycock, including hunt balls and many of my friend's 21st birthdays. Long may you last

I went in to purchase a pink hp 110 netbook for my daughter. They went and got one out of the store room and I asked him to double check that it was pink which he did and confirmed it was definately PINK. He then carried it to the clothing checkout and gave it to the young girl behind the checkout. On getting it home and checking it after my little girl had gone to bed we have found out it is BLACK - not at all what was asked for! Very disappointed especially when I went especially to purchase this and had to travel about 25 miles each way. Very angry as it is now going to cost me more money and time to get it changed over when with a little more care it should have been correct in the first place!!!! Very angry and disappointed!!

I would like to thank the staff at customer services for arranging a wheelchair trolley for my father so he was able to choose his own shopping. The staff were wonderful. Unfortunately he was very tired after the shop and I left the wheel chair and trolley near the parking spaace rather than return it to the main entrance. I opologize for what may have been an inconvenience to the staff but thank you for the help. Francesca Bednall

While on holiday in the UK friends of ours took us to Haycock for High Tea. The Inn was lovely and the garden was beautiful. It was what I pictured a traditional Engilish Tea would be. The food was great and the service outstanding. My wife and I are planning to visit England sometime in the future, and I want to plan a stay at the Haycock. Eddy Davis Woodbridge VA USA

I stayed at the Haycock for 3 days, and really would have liked to have stayed longer. The hotel is ideally situated beside the A1, but it is hard to beleive that the A1 is so close. The grounds are perfect and very picturesque, as is the rest of the village. The room was huge ( I recommend room 116), food excellant and staff very very friendly. Well done and thank you all at the Haycock
