Having visited Sealife last year and enjoyed the visit thought we would make a return visit.Myself wife and grandson walked over the bridge to be met by a queue, once we had got through and paid we were met by a throng of people all bustling for places. Not only are you having to deal with pushing from others, you are having to come to terms with the heat inside. Very disappointing day out.

I thought a lot of the tanks were far too small for anything to have an enjoyable life in. There was an electric eel in a tank only slightly larger than it was. I used to really like these places when I was a child but now think some of the conditions the fish are kept in ruin the experience. The place is also far too plastic, there are plastic plants and trees everywhere. What's wrong with real ones? I don't think I will be going again and it was also very expensive.

My wife son and I visited the sea life centre at Birmingham and left feeling like we were conned. It is so small with not many fish at all we previously visited the Deep at hull which was a lot better and cheaper. Ony took us 1 hour to go round dont waste your money on this place...

We visited the Sea Life Centre in Birmingham on the 16/12/07, and felt it was very poor value for money. Alot of the tanks was empty and for the price it is to get in we was very disapointed. There wasn't many people there, and there was lots of parking, but dont bother paying for over 2hours because that is all you will need. We was in there for just over a hour. I will not recomend to my family and friends to go there as i fell it is a complete waste of time and money!!

As a family of two adults and two small children we found the Sea Life Centre too expensive and poor value for money. The cafe was small and the food available is very limited, the cafe staff were grumpy. The baby changing facilities were a very tight squeeze and the toilets were not child friendly. This made for a poor and very expensive day out. We were not a happy bunch!

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I came to visit the Sea Life Centre today and were so disapointed. The attraction was so crowded that my young daughter coudn't get near the tanks to see what there was to see. Everything we came to see was met by such long ques that everyone was grumpy, impatient and some people just barging past so that they didn't have to wait and not appologising for pushing you out of the way! We decided to go for some food as everywhere was so packed. My husband had a hot dog which was nice, and a cornish pastie which had no filling, I a ham and pasta salad which was all lettude and only two tiny pieces of ham. The tea was foul too. Normally I would have taken the salad and pasty back but again the ques were so long that it was just not an option. I appreciate that it is a Saturday and so more people would be there than in the week but at such a time it would not have taken much forethought to issue a timed ticket system so that everyone had a chance to see what they had paid for. The day cost us £42 for entry, food and car parking plus travel from Derby (over 80 mile round trip) was a bitter expensive disapointment and will not be repeated!!!!!!

It was amazing. There were no problems with traffic, the parking was cheap as dirt as were the tickets. The experience was astounding, and when I got home I certainly wasn't burgled. I hate bob so much, he makes me sick.

I had a wonderful time although I did find that we didn't perhaps get enough for our money. The trip didn't really fill our day and we found ourselves twiddling our thumbs by the end of it. To top it off, parking cost me more than the car and when we finally did get into the car, we were stuck in the traffic for eternity. Once we got home, I found the house had been burgled and the neighbours had...........
