We received a very warm and friendly welcome from The Lamb Inn, and were very impressed by the cleanliness and atmosphere that we found. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike and Shirl and they were kindness itself. As for the breakfast it was beautifully cooked and there was so much that you really didn't need any lunch. Excellent accommodation at a reasonable price! Thank you so much for our enjoyable stay, and we look forward to coming back soon.

Run by a friendly laid back family...Excellent value..We paid £150.. B&B for 3 nights. We wanted a bed, it didn't have to be a 4 poster in a castle, just a clean bed with a shower. We got exactly that...a nice bedroom..a great breakfast...a superb base for what we wanted to do, walk and cyle around the Forest. The pub is used by alot of friendly locals who made our evenings enjoyable too. Excellent.
