Good Points: in a quiet area easily accessable the breakfast was very well done.
Bad Points: dogs barking at night, ,no shaver point, no air exchanger fan in the toilet. bathroom towels not changed day 2.
General review: as a hotel do you not consider providing evening meals? but despite the comments we would book again but not the same room.

lovely hotel but the let down was the room was very dusty it needed a good clean didnt get a good night sleep as i was up coughing all night because of the dust irritating my asthma and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We didnt have a good view of hereford from the window which was dissappointing. Hardly had contact with staff only when handing over keys and at breakfast which was no more than ok. It has lovely grounds.

Good Points: Standard double room good, buttercup suite great
Bad Points: tv reception could be better,
General Review: The standard of rooms was very good as was the exterior and grounds of the hotel. The hotel was let down by lack of reception and the standard of the communal areas. The breakfast should have been better organised.
