I have visited this beautiful country public house on various occasions and I must say the service is second to none. I had the fillet steak and it was to die for. The starters and the sweet menu have a lot to offer with such a choice, it is difficult to choose. I will continue to visit this pub and highly recommend it to all of my friends and colleagues. To finish your meal with a real coffee was just the icing on the cake. Thank you to all the staff who work there and well done.

We went to the pub following good recommentations. Unfortunatley we were very disappoined! The food was OK but not up to the standard we had expected but or main gripe was the service. We certainly did get 'a warm and friendly welcome'. We don't think we saw any of the waiting staff smile once !!!!!
