Wow! What a difference in the carvery from last time we called at the fulbeck.
Not only it was expensive but terrible.
The meat consisted of two slices, mainly fat and gristle in the middle. Potatoes were overcooked. Stuffing looked like bread pudding so undercooked, as for the vegetables well I think they should wash their green cabbage as you could visibly see it hadn't been washed. The leeks in a cheese sauce you couldn't eat it. It was full of grit - obviously leeks didnt get washed either. They were the worse. The best part of the meal was the Yorkshire pudding. Oh! as for the gravy, it tasted like someone had drop the salt pot in it. Change the cooks! Never again. Back to jug and bottle - much better and cheaper.
