I have never spoken to anyone as rude as the call operator of Pratts Taxi. He did not bother to say good morning or anything just started by asking where I am now (despite me starting the call by good morning). Then he asked where I want to go. It took me probably less than 10 sec to find the post code which he asked about. But he simply hanged up the phone without saying a word! Quite polite of him!
I would diffidently not recommend Pratts Taxi.

Very efficient, courteous drivers. Being a university town there doesn't seem to be an awful lot of respect for students, despite them being fare paying customers, so Pratts are a welcome change and are delightful. I was so impressed that I booked them for a Durham-Newcastle trip, rather than taking the train! They are extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
