Myself and my girlfirend arrived there at 2pm in the hopes of smething to eat. When we arrived there was no one in there.
Apart from the customer helping himself to some lager while the barman sat down and ate his lunch (at least he got some)
After waiting 40 minutes i ask where the food was, he gave me blank look and said a couple of minutes ( i dont think he remembered that we ordered).
After a further 10 minutes still no sign of it, so we gave up and asked for our money back, which he gave without an apology or an explanation, he was eating his lunch so it wasn't all bad, at least the kitchen didn't forget his.
Thankyou for a memorable experience. I have never walked out of anywhere, EVER. Definitely the worst place i have ever been. My girlfriend and i run our own hotel and know how it should be done. Very disappointing

I have visited Cheddar on many occasions, both work and pleasure. I have eaten at most places, but in terms of food quality and customer service, the Galleries comes out on top! ps the beer is pretty good too!
