The wagon is a great local pub, clean and friendly. The food is good pub grub and the bar staff are always welcoming and chatty.

WOW! what a difference a day makes! pub lease was bought out a couple of months ago and the atmosphere from the existing and remaining couple reflected that. NOW, the lease holders have brought in fresh managment, a couple who are friendly, smiling, and who make a point of remembering names and preferred beverages, WELCOME; Clive and Dawn. FINALLY we have contagious laughter both sides of the bar, and what looks to be a new, 100% home-cooked menu instead of incipid frozen microwaved/deep fat fryer food. they sold out of today's special, irish stew & soda bread, after just 3 days in the job (the previous kitchen was run when that landlady felt like it) GOOD LUCK YOU LOT!
