Bad Points: catkins from the trees overhanging the car park made a mess of the car

Absolute shambles. Avoid attending the hotel if there is a wedding on. Hot food gets cancelled, service is a disgrace, no one serves in the bar. If you do manage to get food it is of incredibly poor standard.
It is a shame - the hotel has a marvellous location, but the service so shoddy it is unbelievable.

the Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.,The room had not been cleaned and we were given an alternative room. the heating was not working in the pool.,We had a very enjoyable stay in lovely surroundings with a pleasant atmosphere.
