Two plus points are a large garden with swings & slide for children to play; and it is pretty cheap.
The good points stop there. It is run-down and in need of sprucing up. Little atmosphere in the small bar. Food, whilst cheap, was pretty dire; edible but not tasty. You'd be far better off finding something else in the area.
I shan't go back.
