After an initial cold shoulder by the customer service agent, probably because we looked more like tourists than affluent business-people genuinely looking to purchase Church's shoes, the service after expressing our interest in specific shoes was excellent.
They advised on styles and available shoe sizes according to styles, maintenance information which were very helpful and friendly.
Would recommend anyone looking for at least one pair of top quality leather shoes with a deep pocket.
