Hello,
Well what can we say, this place is wonderful, its semi rural with private walled gardens, warm friendly and spacious. When we arrived which was lunch time we were warmly welcomed, advised that our room was not ready yet which we would expect arriving at 12pm but were given a pot of tea and bickies in the lounge down stairs, When we did get our room it was like nothing we had seen before, myself and wife opted for the Four poster room with the private "Blue" lounge and other family had the superior room with a huge Sleigh bed and large lounge to the side, we also had access to the new Bathroom which was stunning with a freestanding shower and LED lighting. The rooms were stunning with antique furniture and antiques abound, you even get Bathrobes. the Breakfast was amazing, very large, they came up the night before to see exactly what we wanted including porridge which was very nice. Finally their dog was so funny, he would bound up wagging his tail all the time which we thought was great. If you fancy a change from the usual give this place a try, you will not regret it and if you have young children they are welcomed by their 3 year old daughter.
