What a lovely pub! My friends and I had been visiting the local area when we stumbled across this delightful place. The five of us all had a fine meal, I had the wonderful homemade Lasagne and garlic bread whilst my friends complimented on the fresh haddock and homemade steak and ale pie. All of our meals we under £5.45 which made the visit even more of a treat. My husband also enjoyed the real ales on sale, unfortunatly a little too much as he wanted to sleep for the rest of the afternoon! if your in the area pop in and enjoy a good old fashioned village pub experience! 10/10!

what a fabulous meal.between the four of us we had a varied menu from scampi to gammon steaks.all was cooked beautifully and very well presented.my one regret was that after clearing my dinner plate i and the others in my party did not have room for the bread and butter pudding which is a particular favourite of mine.i would like to thank you very much for a very pleasant time and will be calling again in the near future, and will be certainly be recommending the white horse to friends.
kind regards hilary
