They had messed up the reservation when we got arrived and had to put us in The Bothy - a damp and miserable room coverted from an old shed. The hot tub was out of order, they wouldn't cook for us, they were pretty rude etc etc - i could go on. Fawlty Towers? We'd have had more fun pulling our teeth out.
