Bad Points: Reception area looks grubby, not at all inviting
Staff do not look smart - to casual
The room was drab and windows rusty
The following day at breakfast we found the food disappointing. The staff were not very helpful - twice we asked for toast and twice we were ignored, the coffee machine broke and the buffet was poor in choice. When we were checking out there were bank card details of other customers just lying on the counter. We asked if ours could be put somewhere safe and were told "don't worry it will be insinerated".

Good Points: beautiful setting. lovely views. entertainment a plus. quiet room.
Bad Points: some up dating of painting required but nothing major
General review: lovely break away in comfort and friendly atmosphere
