I've just returned from Yalbury cottage and have to say its been wonderful.
It was my best friend's celebration of passing his medical exams and becoming a doctor and despite several complications and reductions in the guest list, the host's of Yalbury Cottage were lovely and attentive and the food was lovely.
We had a three course meal which would put most in the area to shame and the service was friendly and so welcoming and the staff don't make you feel bad if you ask about things (dishes), unlike so many London restaurants. In short, I would recommend on food alone and despite not seeing the rooms, I would expect them to be amazing to. If you are in the Dorchester area it really is a must! I will definitely be taking the Mr's the next chance we get.
