Good Points: Staff were very friendly and the hotel is very close to the beach and town. Linen and bedroom very clean, water hot. Nice view of garden with sea glimpses. Breakfast was good and the recently decorated dining room was airy and spacious. Free car parking. Bad Points: Bed was squeaky and the double room was on the small side. Entrance foyer looks a bit like a rest home. General review: A good experience and good value for money.

A good standard family hotel ideal for all amenities. Food and service excellent, pool OK and popular with residents. Rooms not to 4 star standard but what do you expect for the money. Our room a bit warm as over the pool area but fans provided. Limited parking but always found free on street spot if full Clean with free entertainment and to sum up we would go there again.

I was not at all impressed with his hotel. The staff was friendly but the room I was given was small and very much in need of fresh furniture and decor. This is in contrast with the photos of the rooms I saw online before booking. My impression overall was quite a shabby hotel, although the staff were friendly. The pool can only be described as large in comaprison with a bath tub.

We were very dissapointed with this hotel. The meals were definately NOT as stated in the write up with a VERY limited choice, also they were very regimental when it came to times to eat, we were not allowed in the dining room a minute before 6.30! although I have to say that once in the service was very good. The hotel definately needs a re-vamp as the decor and bathrooms are very dated and the wiring seems leave a lot to be desired where safety is concerned, Our room had a doorway blocked up on the inside but still there on the outside and a power point openly spurred off a socket and placed half way up the boarding! Entertainment was nightly, but usually guitar/drum/piano and as a rule 50's or country and wester, definately not for the younger ones. Very warm welcome from the owner but not the best palce to stay.

Hotel a little dated, slamming fire doors are a little annoying as was the loud plumbing from other rooms.Other than that the staff were very friendly and the breakfast over the long weekend was faultless.Very good location, with ample parking.
