Usually I leave a place thinking 'if only they had done x or y, it would have been so much better', but this B&B was perfect. The owners had taken the time to check everything was clean and comfortable and to add those little touches that make the guests feel valued. I would thoroughly recommmend staying here. The welcome was warm and informative, the food and the room were nicely presented and we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. I would say it was excellent value for money. We definitely hope to be back.

We had the best time eve the place we stayed could`nt have been any better.
we will be back as soon.
I would recomment anyone to stay at Gregory`s and even more so to visit York.
