Good Points: great room. we thought it was as nice as the docklands hilton. loved the pub and the food was great

Good Points: Nice room with good decor. Very reasonably priced for London. Decent pub and restaurant next door. Bad Points: Room and bathroom had not been cleaned properly, dirty areas in the toilet and hair from previous guests. General review: Overall very good, room nice and comfortable
