Somewhere pleasantly different - less formal than a hotel but a bit more specia;l than 'just' a pub. Just on the edge of the New Forest and not that far from J2 of the M27. Really friendly service - nicely independent and totally not a chain place, great food from really fresh ingredients- good real ales. Garden looks great but not quite the weather for it - definitely coming back in the summer though !
