Good Points: Room and en- suite in good working order, clean and tidy, nice room.
Bad Points: Some of the staff did not present in a friendly manner, in my view they could do with some customer service training!
General review: It was local to my family, easy to get too, room nice, service could of been better both on an evening in the bar and especially at breakfast time.

our room got burgled and staff were very unhelpful. General manager was highly incompetant.
Whole place was a complete shambles.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the first thing I noticed was a practically empty car park - not a good sign as far as I was concerned - and a CSI van...when we entered the hotel we were told that we had been allocated a room different to the one we had booked, and on entering the room ,we took one look and walked right out again, it was smelly and tiny. The staff were very accomodating when we told them that we were not happy with the room and offered to swap us round, but the whole ambience of the place was terrible,
