Hotel was within walking distance from the bus and train station. Room was very comfortable and was en suite. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast here was better than one we had at a '4 star' hotel elsewhere. Good value for money, ideally situated and the Owner and staff made you feel at home. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bedford on holiday or for business.

The inside of this Hotel looks far different to the website.The room was smelly,ceiling warerstained and peeling.Carpets filthy, sheets unbelievable (not in a good way)Couldnt get a sandwitch on arrival till 6.30 we arrived at 3 having missed lunch.
Couldnt eat breakfast, it was NOT good.Couldnt talk to the Manager about it as he couldnt be bothered to call us back.Would we stay again? WHAT DO YOU THINK !!!
