Good Points: Booking was easy but hotel was appalling otherwise except bathroom was slightly modernised albeit no cupboards and shower tiny. Girl was polite at night.
Bad Points: The ad lied about "hot Scottish breakfast" included - it was not. No parking whatsoever and had to travel half a mile with luggage on foot. The alleged car park not available and had to pay my own parking. Ad said there was a lift but this also was misleading - there were several sets of stairs to be negotiated - up and down with multiple doors to open. When luggage was to be stored for 15 min, the staff stuck a non-detachable label on important luggage label which does not come off and was not needed. No assistance whatsoever, No porter, awful area of town, far to hard with luggage for ladies on their own. Jug but no tea or coffee! and no milk or fridge. Bed hard single with little cover but so tired it didn't matter. Travelling from Australia for 3 days for this is not something I will ever recommend to others.
General review: Poor - especially the misrepresentation - stairs and breakfast especially and lack of parking.
Miserable place to stay. Noise from revellers and then police interrupts sleep.
