I found Quids Inn after 3 weeks of being on the Isle of Man working. This was the first pub were the staff and the locals actually talked to me as a guy out on his own. Drinks are almost half the price of the other pubs in the area(£1 for a JD and Coke, £2 for a Guinness), and though you have to pay a £1 to get in, it is well worth it. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the bar staff are quick to serve even when the place is busy (weekends especially). It isn't a flash place but there is a great jukebox, its clean, and the beer is good. Thanks to all the staff there for making my stay on the isle of man much more palatable, I look forward to seeing them all again when I have to go back for a month in November.

The staff are Rude and slow to serve you! - the manager seemed more interested in kissing up to a visiting darts team, whom in my view didn't actually spend much money in the place as they only arrived at 11o'clock and the oub shuts at 12!!! - overall..... i'd give this pub a wide berth as there are much superior ones a matter of minutes away from it!!! - Quids inn?!?!?!? - no chance!!!!!!
