Bad Points: being unable to book a late departure despite the guest directory saying this was possible for an extra charge.This facility would have been a perfect solution as there had been a lengthy delay to flight departure & as the weather was dreadful it was not very pleasant having to wander around Chester in the rain until the pre-arranged taxi arrived.
General review: The hotel is ideally situated for all services i.e. bus, rail,taxi but also within easy walking distance for the city centre shopping & sight seeing. The accomodation was clean & comfortable, dining facilities and choice of menu excellent. I found all the staff to be very polite, friendly & helpful.
