Having to visit Haverfordwest quite often, I found this B&B the best we have ever stayed at in the area. The owners and staff were very welcoming and the food and service was excelent. There was entertainment on Saturday night which saved us finding our own entertainment and made it feel like a home from home. The rooms were of a very high standard even down to fluffy white towels. My 5 year old Grandaughter was asked what was the best part of her mini holiday and of the many places Pembrokeshire has to offer she said "my posh breakfast". Will always try to stay there again if they are not booked up. Excelent is the word.

Fishguard Arms is the place to stay in Haverfordwest (itself a great base for exploring Pembrokeshire). FA is a pub and bed&breakfast. It has a fantastic location near the bus station, tourist information center, downtown center, and the castle. It is by the river on Old Bridge Street. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and I loved the high quality service and reasonable prices. The owners go out of their way to be helpful to visitors. Do contact them and stay at this great place. – Chathol-linn May 31, 2010.

i love this pub restraunt because it has style class and charm i once worked there as a chef and the bosses were top notch people i am now working in london and have met some truly amazing chefs and worked with. one day i hope to return to that littel welsh town jess and gerwyn do a great job i love them deerley they have taken something that was run down and changed it around and made it truly magnificent fairplay and the cottage pie is the don pure honist home made i hope mandy is still makeing it. so for any one who wants to visit wales this is truley a great plaice to stay and its close to the hills beaches are just a short car trip away plus its cheaper than staying in the main stream sea side resorts

A busy town centre pub especially at weekend lunchtimes. Brains ales, good food and a chat if you want in.
